01About rent

Can I make a monthly transfer?

Please transfer the rent for the following month to the designated account by the 25th of each month.
※When making a transfer, please be sure to make the transfer under the name of the contractor. If you make a transfer with a name that is not registered, we may not be able to confirm the payment.

Only available for bank transfer option.

In the case of auto-debit, when is the withdrawal date?

It will be withdrawn on the last working day of every month.
Please make sure that you prepare the amount needed in your bank account.
※Please be reminded that if the last day of the month is weekend or public holiday,
the auto-debit will take place on the prevoius last working day.

In the case of bank transfer, when is the transfer date?

Please transfer by the 25th of every month.

Is the rent paid in advance?

You are required to pay your rent in advance.
the rent of the following month will have to be paid

(Example) Payment date of rent for May.

Transfer: 4/25
Auto-debit: The last working day of April.

Do I have to pay the processing fee by myself?

Processing fee are to be paid by tenant.
The processing fee is vary on each bank.

In the case of auto-debit, the processing fee is 220 yen.

The rent payment was failed due to insufficient balance ...

The 12th of every month will be the second auto-debit payment day.
In that case, an amount of late fee will be added to the rent.
Please note that late fee will be added for every late payment until the payment is completed.

※Due to the revision of the consumption tax rate, the amount of taxable fees has changed from October 2019. ※If you pay any utility fee together with the rent, the charge will change according to the usage. Please check the meter reading slip sent to your house by each of the utility company for the detail of usage.

How much does the contract cost?

In the case of apartment parking lot, roughly 2 month’s worth of monthly fee is required.
In the case of monthly parking lot, approximately 3 month’s rent.

※If you wish to use the parking from the middle of the month, you will be required to pay the monthly fee on a daily basis from the start date and for the following month.

Is it possible to make a short-term contract for a parking lot?

It is possible from a minimum of one month.
For short-term contracts, please be sure to let us know during the contract process.

※Even for short-term contracts, the initial cost to be paid is the same as for regular contracts.

Is there an initial cost if I re-contract the same parking that I used before?

Once you cancel the contract, you will be charged the initial fee again.
It is necessary to re-fill the application form and contract.

About contract renewal

The end date of the contract period is approaching. What should I do?

We will send a set of renewal documents to the contractor at least one month before the contract end.
If you do not receive the documents, please contact us.

I received a fire insurance expiration notice ...

This is a guide to the subscription status. Please check the contract period stated in the notice.
We will send the renewal documents for fire insurance together with the renewal documents for the room to the contractor. Please complete the procedure and send back the document to us.

※Please make sure the period of fire insurance is allign with the apartment contract period.

About renewal date

I couldn't complete the procedure by the deadline ...

If the contract period has not expired, please complete the procedure by the expiration date at the latest.
If the contract period has expired, please complete the procedure as soon as possible.
In either case, please let us know the expected date of return of the documents and the estimated date of payment of the renewal fee, etc.

※If you wish to cancel your contract, please complete the cancellation procedure through the online cancellation form at least one month in advance.
